• 1st - Individuals who turned 70 1/2 in 2009 to take first retirement plan distributions

• 15th - IRAs for 2009 must be established and funded

• 15th - Individual income returns due; partnership returns due; fiduciary returns due; individual estimated taxes due

• 15th - Property tax rendition must be filed or two week extension exercised

• 20th - Texas Sales Tax returns due for monthly and quarterly filers

• 30th - Extended property tax rendition must be filed

• 30th - Federal & Texas payroll returns due; quarterly unemployment taxes must be deposited
